Registered Traveller Service

  • The Registered Traveller Service (RT) is a membership service which provides faster entry to the UK for frequent travellers
  • I worked on many projects for this service developing prototypes for user research and usability testing using the GDS GOV.UK prototyping kit
  • Along with user researchers and content designers I designed, prototyped and researched a user self service application (pictured) so that customers can update their own details
  • The application is live and has significantly reduced case workers workload and increased customer satisfaction
